Idiot Savant--w/ emphasis on idiot

I know I can’t speak of spelling and grammar errors but…I used to hate it when people say Ant instead of Aunt…until i realized it was everyone in the universe almost

Not me.  I have a degree in English and have always said “Aunt,” with the big combo vowel at the lead.  My bro-in-law refers to me as Antee V,  which is fine but kind of makes my teeth go a bit tight.
