I do the XL 300mg Wellbutrin—once daily is only just the one time to forget—-and I usually don’t forget cuz I get some craaaaazy kinds of creepy electrical sensations in my head and eyes if I miss a day.  Zoloft also helps as a chaser (and I am not being facetious.  These drugs keep me from taking a fatal swipe at myself.)
